Papa, Father, Papi, and Daddy. These are just some names that we call our fathers. Our fathers, who may be an enemy, especially for girls, who seems to oppose everything that we want to do to have fun, and a best friend, especially for boys, who always accompany you in fun and other things you like to do. But an enemy or a friend, you cannot deny that they are always there for you. And that is one of their most amazing characteristic.
My father, Edgar D. Aguaran, is my best friend. Whenever we're together, there is surely jokes and fun. We both like to joke around, and that is one reason why we are close. We also like to watch TV and sing while doing household chores. We also like sports, and we play basketball everyday in front of our house. My day is not complete without having fun with him.
On Father's Day, I plan to give my father a day off. I will do all of the household chores that he does everyday. And if he say that he'd be the one to do it, I will force him to just rest and watch TV. I will also give him some of my clothes that he like, but in exchange, he have to give me some of his clothes too. We will also play basketball before eating dinner so that we will be hungry and eat plenty of food for dinner. Then, our whole family will watch TV before going to bed.
Our father may not show us how much they love us as much as our mother does. But that doesn't mean that they don't love us. They love as more than anything because they are one of our parents. We have to love them as much as they love us and be thankful that they are our parents because they are the reason why we are in this wonderful world that we live in.
